Norway's smallest municipality has no streets - but lots of street art!

With just over 200 inhabitants, Utsira is Norway's smallest municipality. But even though there are not that many inhabitants, Utsira is an active community. It is almost a matter of course to participate in social activities; music corps, sports clubs, welfare associations and handicraft clubs. When the idea of a street art project on Utsira came up a few years ago, people lined up. As they have done during every TV campaign, at other fundraisers and when there is something else.
